i ordered the 3mm chain and wasnt sure what to expect for the price honestly. put it on and it catches light from every angle, people keep asking where its from. genuinely didnt think it would look this good.
was properly nervous ordering jewellery online for the first time but it came exactly like the pictures. she wore it the same day and hasnt taken it off since, best gift ive got her by far.
got the gra report with mine which i wasnt expecting from a smaller brand, made me feel a lot better about spending what i did. chain itself looks way more expensive than it was.
went back and forth a few times on the design and they were patient with all my changes. took a bit longer than the normal chains but worth the wait, its exactly what i pictured.
he doesnt usually splash out on stuff like this so it meant a lot. wears comfortable against the neck and the clasp feels solid, not flimsy like some ive had before.
my uncle has one from an actual jeweller thats maybe four times the price and side by side you genuinely cant tell much difference. saved myself a lot of money here.
ordered on a tuesday and had it by thursday which surprised me for something this detailed. packaging felt proper too, not just chucked in an envelope.
had it a few months now, shower with it on most days and it still looks the same as day one. was worried silver would go dull quick but no issues so far.
layers really nicely without looking too busy, gets compliments when im out. wasnt sure about buying jewellery without trying it on first but the length is spot on.
asked a question about the clasp before buying and customer service actually replied quick, not some bot response. knowing its covered for a year made the decision easier.
